Oyako Donburi

In this post, I would you like talk about my favorite Japanese food.
I like "Oyako Donburi". Do you know Oyako Donburi? Oyako Donburi is a bowl of rice topping with chicken and eggs.
Also, I like rice and egg. So, I like Oyako Donburi. Rice and egg go together indeed. People say Oyako don because it uses chicken and eggs. ( Oyako＝parent and child). I think that it is really humorous.


Chawanmushi

Also, I like "Chawanmushi.” Do you know Chawanmushi?  Chawanmushi is steam-egg custard. I like the texture. Egg melts in your mouth! In my family chawanmushi contains the noodles. Noodle　＝Udon is my favorite food. I'm able to enjoy both the food! I think they are very delicious. I think that Chawanmushi and custard is like a little. soft and colour...But the taste is completely different. I feel it is interesting. I've been hungry...
