Nikujaga
Hello everyone!
I want to talk about my favorite Japanese meals through university life.
A lot of university student beginning live alone leave themselves home when they became freshman in Japan. We have to manage our health by ourselves so we want to eat a well-balanced diet every day. However, usually university student is very busy because we have a lot of schedule like studying, part-time jobs, club activities and playing and we don’t have enough time to cooking sophisticated dishes every week. Therefore we have to cook not only delicious but also easy meals. One of the dish is Nikujaga!
I like cooking and eating the dish because it’s very easily and nourishing. Nikujaga made from beef, potato and onion cooked in soy sauce and sugar.
If you want to know how to cook Nikujaga, please check this video..How to cook Nikujaga
If you want to eat something easily and nourishing meal, why don’t you try to cook Nikujaga?
Thank you for reading my blog:)♥

Hi Hakuin-san. I just finished watching the nikujaga video. I thought it would be more complicated, but to be honest after watching the video making the dish does not seem complicated. The only thing I would not be able to add to the dish when making it is sake since I am still under-age for buying it, but I still have access to the rest of the ingredients. I wonder what easy dishes we have here in the states. One would most likely be sandwiches. Stack it however you want. LOL! >0< What are other healthy Japanese dishes that are "relatively" easy to make?
