My university life!!

Hello,everyone!

I am university of Shimane's second-year student.I have Chinese and English, civil law, seminar and so on.These classes are very difficult for me.But I do my best every week.I am not good at English, but I attend every class! My homeworks are very difficult and hard, but I challenge every day.I belong to seminar.I study about sightseeing and community. My seminar cuts the grass and harvests rice in rice field at the end of the week. And,we had a seminar’s camp last summer. These activities was very hard for me!But these experiences taught me a good lesson.

When I have free time in my university life,I spend with my friends.University of Shimane’s students eat lunch at cafeteria. The cafeteria is very delicious! My most favorite dish is udon. But I think that the cafeteria’s dishes are expensive. So,I make box lunch every Wednesday for saving money. And we often hold party. For example, birthday party and Christmas party, and pot party! My friends are good at cooking. So,I often eat delicious dishes in our party.

I am working part- time as a clerk in a convenience store. It is very hard and busy. Many people come to the store. So,when I have part-time job,I get tired easily. But regular customers are very kind! So,I can do my best.

I lead a full university life every day!How do you spend your university life?

  1. Hi Yukie,
I know how you feel. Working white going to school at the same is really tiring. I work at a Theater near my University and it has 800 seats. People eat so much popcorn! You're lucky your cutsomers are nice, here in the states customers can be pretty mean and snippy sometimes. It's pretty tiring having to serve so many people everyday but it's only temporary! Once you're done with school you'll make so much money and have more time for parties ^^
